– Managed department budgets, developed innovative menus, and supervised a kitchen team of 18.
– Ensured consistency of produce and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Senior Head Chef at Chelsea Harbour Hotel:
– A 6-year tenure from Mar 2015 to Oct 2019; London, United Kingdom.
– Responsible for running the kitchen at one of London’s exclusive properties.
